Dr. Garret D. Rock

Orthopedic Chiropractic, Spinal Rehabilitation, and Sports Performance

Dr. Garret Rock is board certified in Colorado and Minnesota, and specializes in orthopedic chiropractic, biomechanics, sports and exercise physiology, and spinal rehabilitation. Dr. Rock works with many of the world's top professional Ironman triathletes, as well as several other professional endurance athletes.

Dr. Rock is the recipient of the Boulder County Business Report Top 20 Award in the field Chiropractic Providers, America's Top Chiropractors Award by the Consumers' Research Council of America, Talk of the Town Award for Exceptional Customer Service, AMC Eagle Award, AMC A+ Achievement Award, AMC Bronze Achievement Award, and Fibromyalgia Centers of America Honor Award.

Dr. Rock is a preferred provider for the National Pain Foundation, Colorado Cure, and Fibromyalgia Network. He is a member of the American Chiropractic Association, Colorado Chiropractic Association, National Pain Foundation, and Association for the Advancement of Scientific Chiropractic. He has authored several articles on different topics, including multidisciplinary management of chronic low back pain, blood test monitoring for triathlon performance, exercising safely with fibromyalgia, and more. He is also a contributing author to the 2010, 2008, and 2006 Fibromyalgia Research Review and "What's Wrong With Me?" document, which are read and utilized by thousands of doctors worldwide.

Dr. Rock is an associate faculty member of Western States Chiropractic College. He holds special certifications for biomechanics, workers compensation, EMT, whiplash, sports and exercise physiology, spinal rehabilitation, and several technique certifications.

Dr. Rock and his wife, Jacy, are avid athletes and outdoorspeople. His hobbies include triathlons, cycling, mountain biking, running, hiking, and nearly anything outdoors. He is an elite amateur triathlete, and a USA Triathlon All-American Honorable Mention. His race resume includes the Leadville 100 Mountain Bike Race, Dakota Fifty Mountain Bike Race, Vineman Half Ironman, Chisago Lakes Half Ironman, Seattle Marathon, and many other running, biking, and triathlon races.
