During my summer training blocks in Boulder, Colorado I was fortunate to get to work with Dr. Garret Rock at the South Point Medical Center. I got to know his whole team and was very impressed by their work and the way the crew treated me. During my two month stay I was able to get very valuable information about my health and effects of altitude training and also received excellent regular treatments. My treatments ranged from normal sports rehab to emergency urgent care (bee sting that left my face swollen!). I felt very well taken care at all times and I am very happy to have found a team that I can trust 100% due to their longtime experience in high level athletics. I am grateful to Garret and his team for their support during the most crucial part of my 2011 Ironman World Championship preparation.
